And the Judge Assigned to Peter Strzok's Lawsuit Is......

....Amy Berman Jackson.
I doubt many here have heard of her, but Amy Berman Jackson is the Washington judge who ruled that Robert Mueller could proceed with charging Paul Manafort with tax crimes from 2005, even though a judge in Virginia had already told Mueller that any charges against Manafort dating back to 2005 were outside the scope of Muller's investigation (Or as Mueller himself might say, "That's outside my purview.").
Amy Berman Jackson is the same left-wing activist nutjob who also personally added 43 months to Manafort's original sentence, and the same POS who is overseeing Roger Stone's case.
So, I think we can look for the otherwise ridiculous and frivolous Strzok lawsuit to be very interesting indeed.
PS - For those of you who still scoff at the term 'Deep State' and love to derisively mock those of us who use it, this is is just one more small example of how pervasive the Deep State is. Sorry, but you can't examine this matter on a superficial basis and legitimately have a clue regarding the extent of corruption that exists in our government.
Amy Berman Jackson was an Obama appointee, btw. Thanks yet again, you anti-American, race-baiting community agitator.

I believe this is the same judge who was in line for one of the top jobs at the DOJ and as soon as Barr was appointed he put the kabash on that.
e
She should be careful what she wishes, she could get her arse thrown off the bench with another blatant ruling. Maybe thats why it ended up in her court, two can play at the deep state game, maybe they are baiting her.

Keep in mind even if it was a judge without such a past connection, judges are lawyers, and lawyers by and large are left leaning. This country is so screwed.

I wasn't aware of that, but good for Barr. That's one more indication that he didn't get rusty during the time he was away.
Funny how the 70-something's Trump and Barr are still on top of 5heir game while Robert Mueller appears to be fading fast. Genetics, I guess.

No, she can't.

And then she would become a progressive hero, get a book deal, ink a contract with CNN, and sue the DOJ/FBI for wrongful termination
Our government is such an embarrassment

You can’t make this shite up, the money’s on her to rule in Strzok’s favor, the govt appeals and the circuit court shuts this bullshite down and sharply admonishes Jackson. God damn she needs to be impeached.

Yeah, I don't expect that Strzok will ever get a dime out of this. I'll be shocked if he ever gets his job back. But, this is just one more example of how murky the Swamp is, and how it permeates every component of our system.

Although the legal orthodoxy is that judges cannot be removed from office except by impeachment by the House of Representatives followed by conviction by the Senate, several legal scholars, including William Rehnquist, Saikrishna Prakash, and Steven D. Smith, have argued that the Good Behaviour Clause may, in theory, be reason for removal.
She can be canned.

She could be canned. There's not a snowball's chance in hell she will be, but yeah, I guess she could be.

This, all while trying to curb the 2nd Amendment.

There are multiple judges in tha circuit. How so so many cases involving left wing figure or issues land on her docket?

It’s like they’re asking people to revolt, or simply rubbing us plebeians’ faces in their corrupt and untouchable duplicity.

She is a totally shameless hack.
