Formerly John of Arc, but don't dare say "only a man could pull a sword out of a stone". Telling u man, don't do it

These people have no idea about history. They certainly dont know about Columbus. Instead of American history, they were taught queer studies

Does this make a difference?
A year ago? I wonder why it wasn't mentioned or reported heavily on?
The point of the OP still stands. You didn't even know when it took place.
You see, nothing changes if nothing changes.

Wasn't Pepperdine forced to take down the statue of Christopher Columbus?
Posted on 8/18/17 at 1:19 am to matthew25
Yep. from February:
In 1992 a group of men and women representing the Columbus 500 Congress presented a statue of Christopher Columbus to Pepperdine University.
For years the story of Columbus and the fascinating exploration that brought him to the new world was taught in schools across America. It was heroic and exciting.
Later, as the impact of the arrival of explorers was assessed more fully, especially as those impacts related to indigenous people, a different view formed. Today, for many, including those within our campus community, stories of conquest and the art associated therewith are painful reminders of loss and human tragedy.
