I dont have the patience for people flipping me off, getting in my face, and acting like their going to hit me.

That's what I dont understand is how other people allow them to get in their face. If you get close to me Im fighting.

He makes several bluff charges at people. Any attorneys on here want to opine on the defensibility of using self defense when some one bluffs like they are going to do physical harm?

I would be inclined to defend myself at first charge (not knowing it was false) would that be legit self defense?
