I find nothing "creepy" about that, in the least.

Last time I was there most of them, probably 80%, spoke German. The rest either spoke French of Italian, depending upon where we were.
Lol .. never heard of Switz, until now I guess.
TBH I'm absolutely certain that almost everyone she deals with speaks English.

I have nothing bad to say about her but the video looks like it was made in a high school computer class. Hell, strike that. High schoolers probably could do a better job.
Having her stand off to the side is going to drive a lot of people wonky. The crazy blue background? That really makes me think that was a green screen deal and they were supposed to put something in place of the blue screen which is why she is standing a little off to the side.
Her makeup it over done and the lighting is also over done.
In short, it isn't creepy but it is a poorly done video.
