I can’t imagine what would “fix” the problem or what the root cause is. Guns are not the only weapon available, so banning, or even placing more restrictions is not the answer. It’s a political knee jerk reaction, If an evil or deranged person wants to kill, they will find a way.

Nothing will change unless individual parents, teachers, neighbors, friends, and community members take more responsibility for their own children. This is not a gun or policy issue. This is a behavioral issue.
