There's already video out there of him making out with prostitutes. There is video of him asking people to help him find chicks to cheat on his wife with because from now on he only wants to "frick 10s."
Yeah, the Democrat machine is efficient, but this dude is an absolute piece of shite.
It kinda goes back to the Epstein type shite too. This shite about Swalwell has been known a long time. Notice how it only comes out when they need to get him out of the way. It's kompromat. They ALL have it.
Smart move by Paulina Luna to force a vote to expell him. Let's see them justify railroading him from the governor's race but then still vote to keep him in Congress.

What if Alvin Bragg during the investigation paints the victims as untrustworthy and states there is not enough evidence to prosecute Swalwell?

I can't stand Swalwell, but the dude is being set up 100%. The girl who is accusing him works for Katie Porter and admits to giving him a blowie in a car outside a bar. She also stayed in contact with him even after said "rape" happened. There is also no police report of it ever happening.

Bragg is tied in with the takedown coordinators. He played his role in trying to take down a former President/presidential candidate. Going after Swallwell is light work for him. Any exoneration statement will be released just after Swallwell drops out or right after the primary date.
