Every one of those initiatives would be going full steam ahead if he just ran them through Congress first.
That is how our country is supposed to work...Congress, the voice of the people and the States, controls the purse strings and sets the agenda.
POTUS recommends laws to Congress, then executes the laws Congress passes even if they aren't exactly what he wanted.
Tariffs, ICE raids, DOGE cuts, Iran, etc., etc.....all of that would move forward with Congressional measures implementing them
Sure, Congress seems worthless right now and cant seem to pass anything. But that is no reason to bypass them.
The Great Deal Maker should be able to convince a handful of Dems to go along with measures that are good for the country. Debate and compromise are what built our Great nation, and we shouldn't stop just because certain institutions have divided us.

DOGE is still working and active, but they lack the authority to make all the cuts needed without congressional approval. Congress refuses to cut most because they get kickbacks or support from people who get federal dollars.
