Not related to the aliens / UFO stuff, but from the same Joe Rogan / Tim Burchett interview:

The book of Enoch, enough said. To believe in ET’s is to undermine everything Jesus did for our atonement. Any created free willed “human” will sin and fall from grace. Are we to believe that Jesus hopped from planet to planet and became the ultimate sacrifice at each one? As Paul would say, “God forbid!”. I don’t expect non Christians to understand this. I am very disappointed in those who claim Christ for believing in this nonsense.

I think most countries could handle finding out Aliens exist ok. I wouldn’t expect a reaction like what took place back in the 30’s during the Wells broadcast of War of the Worlds. I think most people have concluded that if Alien life is real that God made them also. It has no bearing if a creator exists or not. The General public across most of the world would be ok. Some far less educated societies may struggle with it and go into mass panic but everyone in a 1st or 2nd world society will accept it and move on. I’m sure there will be a few nut job cults out there that could commit Harry Carey like the Heaven’sGate cult did back in the 90’s but I wouldn’t expect mass chaos and runs on banks.

These people - whatever you want to call them - have probably been here on this earth longer than we have, imo.
I don't think they're supernatural or spiritual beings. They mated with humans back in the day and created a hybrid race of giants.

I honestly think you have it backwards. I think third world nations will handle this much better than first world nations. The third world nations tend to be closer to their shamanistic religious origins who spoke of beings from the stars as if they were just regular people like you or I. The dogon people in Africa as an example.
The first world nations that believe their knowledge is the ultimate truth will not take the information that there are much higher order beings than us currently sharing this planet with us very well at all. Aborigines in Australia are likely to welcome them with open arms.

I have faith strong enough to not doubt my belief in God and Jesus Christ at all, while also humility to not assume I could possibly understand all of the mysteries.
I am also wary of those without this humility that hold strong convictions that their exact view of religion is precisely correct and who judge others that don’t prescribe to their interpretations.

In regards to the interdimensional aspect, it's worth keeping in mind that sightings exploded right after we developed the atomic bomb. Why would "aliens" from other planets care so much that we have nuclear weapons?
However, if they share this same space with us, but we cannot perceive them because they occupy a parallel dimension, that may well explain why they're so keenly interested in our nuclear capabilities. If we develop the means to destroy our planet with bombs, that might affect them too.

I think it would eff the markets, panic the people, be the start for new religions, cults, etc.. the human overlords would revel in the opportunity to further solidify their power and influence by both stoking and soothing the fear of the unknown.
It would be covid to a much, much greater degree. People, whether 1st world or 3rd world naturally fear the unknown. They will look for a savior with all the answers.
And it will be easy for our human overlords to stoke that fear and desire for security- hell, they're already doing it to a minor extent with the "if you only knew what I knew" shtick.
The information pertaining to "aliens" may very well be neutral, but the powers that be will wield it to their greatest advantage.
This is Pandora's Box if anything nearing certainty is released.

Several Native American tribes talked about star people. The Navajo I know for sure does. I just don’t think it would be a problem among most populations. I think most societies have grown up about the subject and have concluded that Aliens do exist. Outside of a few nutjob cults like I said I think most people would be ok with it. Most people I think would be excited to find out honestly.

What if they are hostile?

They likely would have wiped us out before now, imo. Or right after we developed nuclear weapons.

If you are a Christian and believe in GOD and Angels and that Jesus was the Son of GOD, then you already believe in non-humans and non-human intelligence. You already believe that a non-human mated with a human. Are they extra-terrestrial... are they inter-dimensional? Whatever they are. They are here and probably have been for a long time.

I have always wondered to myself of what it would take for our government to finally admit that Alien life exists. The answer I come up with most often is when the military is finally able to not only reverse engineer a captured craft but to actually build one for use on the battlefield then they would finally admit that Aliens are real. We might be getting close.

I think Joe’s biggest problem is that he tries to fill in the blanks with his own understanding.
Whatever is out there, wherever all of this comes from, Joe doesn’t know.
