Excellent point. It's possible that they don't. Possible not probable

There are very few R-rated movies that a theater would lose out on not showing.

First things first. They still have drive-ins?

There is one in Leeds, Alabama, at the outlet mall, that is pretty awesome. Shows $5 double-features. Cowboy Drive-In.

what do you think about the owners of the theater deciding not to show the movie?
I may think it's dumb but they are well within their rights to do so

The Henagar Drive-In Theatre in DeKalb County posted on its Facebook page on Thursday night.

Wonder where people will get their meth that night.

DeKalb County and Henagar aren't even part of Alabama. That's Sand Mountain. They make the rest of Alabama look positively progressive.

Glad my family got the frick out of there before I was born.

To be fair, calling Jesus nonsense is about the only thing that gets one into hell these days

Just one more thing, people in Henagar couldn't find Henagar on a map.

They had this awesome one near Ft.Rucker, AL when I was stationed there that is still doing very well.

Secondly, what do you think about the owners of the theater deciding not to show the movie?

Private business do not care what they choose to show or not to show.

The most shocking thing to me is that there are still drive-in theatres in Alabama.

Starlight Drive-in in Atlanta is the shite! 2 movies for a cheap price and you can bring in whatever you want. The trick is not getting shot on the way there.

So what if they do?

I'm sure this one is G or PG-13 and disguises the fact that it's propaganda

Anyone who disagrees with this needs to GTFO of this country.

Having said that, anyone who would refuse to watch / show a movie due to a homosexual character (because of Jesus or something) needs to GTFO of this country.
