The ancestors of those people, including the Bushmen and Bantu, are still residing in Africa.
How do you even attempt to formulate a rebuttal against someone who has zero knowledge or understanding of her own cultural history? You can attempt to insert the actual facts into the argument, but they conflict with her version of reality and will be summarily rejected without consideration.
I'd say just let her keep talking and proving how ignorant and stupid she is, but millions of people actually believe her, and that's highly problematic.
