Rumor from someone I know who works for Limestone County Utilities is that MeeMaw will issue one either tomorrow or Saturday. He said they were being issued cards at work tomorrow so that they have permission to be on the road. He's a pretty straight up guy, and I don't see him making that up, we'll see though.
