That video of cruise missiles getting launched from a submarine. That's pretty impressive. It would appear that Russia is at the Rubblization stage.

Ummmm. How does this go against that. Cruise middle attacks from subs and other platforms have nothing to do with troops on the ground. Other then they are doing it bc they had a bad week.
