He probably was up to no good that day from what I've seen. I just don't see how those 2 guys are going to skate on this one.

100% agree.
In my opinion, there are only 3 scenarios.
1)Ahmaud was youth with a troubled past and was on the road to recovery. He was out for a jog, stopped at the house completely innocently to look at the house, get a drink of water, etc. the McMichaels got wind of that and set out to go kill themselves a black man, no matter what.
2)Ahmaud was there to case or rob the place, the McMichaels got the call and knew somebody had been breaking into homesites, went and chased him down and he attacked them, they stood their ground and shot him justifiably.
or 3) Ahmaud was in the house just to check it out/get water OR case and rob it (we'll never know.) the McMichaels got the call and decided that they would be quicker than the cops and took off with guns. They tried to stop him like assholes instead of waiting on the police, he decided to stand his ground and go after them, and they stood their ground back and better because they had guns.
my opinion, which is based just on what i know and not what actually happened, leans towards the third. it's entirely possible Arbery didn't do anything wrong, the McMichaels didn't set out to go kill anybody (nonetheless a black man in particular,) the situation got escalated because of poor quick decisions on both their parts, and a tragedy that nobody intended, happened.
i don't have all the facts, but under the best conceivable circumstance based on what we know, the least the McMichaels should get is voluntary manslaughter.

It gets tiring to hear the same old arguments that dead person was killed because of *generic activity not deserving of death* and not because dead person got physical with an armed person immediately before being shot.

I don't know any of the 3 people. I don't care to know any of them either.
The thing is that neither of us know the facts regarding this case, and are being fed what the knowingly deceitful media wants folks to see and they're dumping little tidbits to try to piss folks off about something they know nothing about.
That dude being dead doesn't change the fact that neither of us know the facts.
A lot of people die and are killed every day due to shitty things like this. Screaming "redneck" and perpetuating lies about "white folks out huntin down the black man" doesn't help and neither does folks getting angry at one another over 3 folks whose lives are forever changed.
