Jesus it must kill your pride to be wrong.

How do you prove intent? If my wife and I were walking around a new conduction home in our subdivision and a nosy neighbor called the cops do you think would be charged with a felony.? We live in Georgia.

There's no logic in a thief who knows why he's being followed, and why he's being told to sit still until the cops arrive, to charge two armed men.
That's fricking retarded.
And it’s not retarded to spend your free time playing vigilante cop, chasing a guy through a neighborhood, threatening him and taking a chance that someone could get seriously hurt or killed?
These guys could have used their heads, followed the man and directed the cops to his location if they believed he was a burglar, thief, etc. But no, the two retards decided to play Barney Fife.

A lot of conservatives I know think this will be a slam dunk acquittal. They’re wrong.
I am a conservative and I think what these guys did was wrong.
Its not left versus right. It’s about law and order and the problem with people taking the law into their own hands.
We have one group burning and looting because they believe that’s justified and another group that believes a citizen has a right to play cop and is justified to stop and accost other citizens because they suspect a crime.

Arbery does what?
Probably runs.
.... and go.
That’s just it, we will never know what he might have done if the cops would have been there.
We will never know what would have happened if the two men would have followed him home and notified the cops where he was.
But we do know that the guy is dead because of what the two men did and that the two men face jail time if convicted.

He said he was committing a felony by being in the house. Would we be committing a felony?

A guy jogging looked in a construction site.
He had a history of burglary where he claimed he was just in the area jogging.
You are the perfect example of what's wrong with America today.
Arbery is black so you have to assume the best about him no matter what. The dude was not jogging, he was a felon and you covering for him is pathetic.

No, Georgia law states that he was committing a felony by being in the house if he had entered the house with the intent to steal something.
You tried to pass this off as a family driving to a construction site to look around and get ideas for a house they'd like to build in the near future.
It was a jobless felon with a history of burglary.
Even ignoring that it was a single young male in non jogging attire with no car nearby running away like a god damn jackrabbit the second a neighbor lays eyes on him.
It's obvious to anyone who can tell men and women apart as to what was going on. He was there to steal shite. It's in no way comparable to a couple with kids driving up and looking around.

What is jogging attire?

Where's that video you claimed that showed the McMichael son pointing the shotgun at Arbery?
Have you had the time to look at the court case that I mentioned that set precedence for the definition of "immediate knowledge"?
Are you still clinging to the fact that no list of things Arbery stole has been released after I showed you that all that's needed for felony burglary is intent to steal?
Posted on 10/7/21 at 3:41 pm to Azkiger
What is jogging attire? You said he was not wearing jogging attire…

Ok, I'll go over one thing at a time so you don't get confused.
When can I expect that video?
When can I expect that video?

What is pathetic is you spending 13 pages of posts attempting to justify what those 2 morons did.

So could they have followed him or not?

I quoted Georgia law that showed I wasn't lying.
Nothing needed to be stolen in order for a felony burglary to occur.

That is not the blatant lie I am referring to.

So you agree you were wrong and I wasn't lying about that.
Good.
Let's see... You also said I was lying when I said the McMichaels could have gained "immediate knowledge" directly from an eye witness. Is that what you're referring too?
