Matter of M-S-. Because of the law, “I order that, unless DHS paroles the respondent under section 212(d)(5)(A) of the Act, he must be detained until his removal proceedings conclude.”

Appears Barr is enforcing the law written from the first word up to the last word and not just cherry picking the words he wants to use to make a point - unlike the two goofs previous to this current admin.
