Mueller has said a hundred times that he was not allowed to indict the president
Such a bullshite excuse to hide behind.
That OLC policy is a guideline. Do you really believe that if a sitting President were to gun somebody down in cold blood in the Oval Office in front of witnesses, he wouldn’t be indicted?

You guys don't get too moved by all the hundreds of pages of evidence laid out in the Mueller report, because you can just choose to ignore it.
but this "Moscow Mitch" thing.
That's the type of thing that sends a bit of a shiver down the spine, doesn't it?
That's the type of thing that sticks with the masses and you certainly see it as your weapons being turned back at you.

Mueller went so far to say that he couldn't exonerate the president, and from that we should be able to take a hint what he meant by that.
It's not a prosecutor's job to exonerate. I'm not surprised you don't know this

Mueller's testimony that encrypted messages by members of Trump's campaign and lies that were told
You mean where Mueller left out key portions of the Dowd transcript?

I agree. Trump should have been indicted hands down.
That policy needs to be changed by Congress.

Stop embarrassing the state.

Because you aren't here to discuss. You are here to fling your leftwing shite around.
I genuinely feel sorry for people like you. I really hope you seek mental help

You’re missing the point.
If there were rock-solid evidence of a crime committed, he could be indicted, policy or no policy. No one is above the law, remember? There’s nothing for Congress to change.
He didn’t do anything. Deal with it.

Of course it would. Senate will vote along party lines. It would be a waste of time.

Those were Mueller's words trying to explain to the American people why Trump wasn't indicted.
One of the pub congressmen had a problem with it, (yeah I watched the testimony)
Reminded me of another defense where someone said it depended on what your definition of "it" was.
Just lawyer parlor tricks to try to avoid talking about all the evidence that Trump broke the law multiple times and is an illegitimate president.

The Republicans will uphold their constitutional duty by finding Trump not guilty.

Remember when this a-hole was so brave that he would risk prison to release the truth and damn the classification and along with that remember him stating repeatedly that he had "seen the evidence" of Russian collusion, not merely obstruction?
I do.
I do.

There was rock solid evidence of a crime committed, multiple crimes. Over 900 former federal prosecutors that read the report all agreed that Trump committed obstruction of justice.
Of course you're not going to believe them, you're going with the opinion of alex Jones, Hannity, Limbaugh or some other totally unbiased expert to back up your opinion I guess.

is an illegitimate president.
Our constitution makes clear that the winner of the majority of electoral college votes is the winner of the presidential election.

Link where he's illegitimate. And don't post any Russia collusion nonsense because that has been fully debunked...a fairy tale
Mueller's own Russia indictments even concluded that no Americans were involved and no votes were changed

Exoneration is not possible by any court, DA, or AG. There is no power to exonerate in the entire legal code. That is why it is such a sham for Mueller to say he could not exonerate Trump. He claimed that sentence was included in case Barr did not know he could not exonerate Trump. Tell me what fool believes that?
THERE IS NO POWER TO EXONERATE!

No way! He has sworn for over a year that he has the evidence.
What a worthless bunch of frikers in the media.
