Nixon was not charged as long as he resigned. He resigned so he got a pardon w/o a formal crime.
Years later we all find out he was set up. So the pardon and resignation makes sense.
This blanket parson is strange. No one was charged or formally accused. So it would seem to be wrongful-- in being a criminal administration/cabinet promising pardons.

pardons for police officers who testified implies they committed perjury. these officers will never be able to testify in future cases. your word means everything in law enforcement.. so they will now become worthless officers.

I don’t expect these to hold, not with the evidence of Biden’s mental decline. A normal court wouldn’t let him sign consent for a toothache, much less pardon anyone.
