I get what you’re saying.

But that take is binary……you can do some things and be more reserved with others.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing and now, all at once.

Cheap money does this far more than anything and is a huge reason the wealth gap keeps growing but no one ever complains as long as their mortgage on the McMansion is 4% or lower.

Huh? Trump has been begging for cheap money. Are you suggesting he’s trying to widen the wealth gap?

Yes it's one of the things I disagree with. I understand we need the 10 year yield lower to refi our debt but lower lending rates will continue to make the wealth gap grow, make home prices unaffordable, drive vehicle prices, add to consumer debt, etc

Just more reason we need to stop printing money so we aren't living and dying by the yield.

How long did you want Biden and the Fed to keep paying the banks to keep from foreclosing on all the mortgages that are months/years past due?

I’m going to go with the guy God ordained and spared for this moment. The best leadership is unpopular at the time it made smart tough decisions

This will be a blip and nothing in 6 months when we have the greatest economy in history

When? Post Covid?

You might want to check and see who signed those laws.

I know SDV has been saying Powell needs to cut rates. Wouldn't that just pour gas on our inflation problem? I am way out of my depth discussing these things.

SDV wants that.

SDV is also anti-economic conservative, which many of those on here in the MAGA population still LARP as. He's the exception.
