Wait... Sally Yates and James Comey were the only two that Barack Obama asked about Flynn. How did Susan Rice know about what was said in the note to self memo?

Wait... Sally Yates and James Comey were the only two that Barack Obama asked about Flynn. How did Susan Rice know about what was said in the note to self memo?

They knew Flynn had traveled to Puerto Rico. They used this moment to kick Russians out of the country causing a stir in the country and knowing the Russian ambassador would reach out to the incoming National Security advisor. The Russian they were already monitoring and they were able to easily pinpoint the call and what was said because Obama/Loretta Lynch ordered them to release that call that was made between ambassador and person A in Puerto Rico. They expelled Russians just to get this call to happen between the Ambassodor and Flynn knowing they would discuss the expulsions and how to proceed. They used this to lay a trap on Flynn. The good men and women at the top of the FBI layed a perjury trap. Great stuff

Not sure if you got this info from somewhere else or you're just connecting dots, but it makes a lot of sense. In essence, they used the Russians as assets and nudged them in a way to get the desired response.

Why, they told her sometime during the week between the meeting and directing her to write the "by the book" memo to herself.

As soon as Flynn went on vacation they expelled Russians knowing without fail those monitored Russians would obviously call the incoming NSA to discuss the response and what they should do. They also knew how to find the call because how many calls would the Russian ambassador be making to the DR. This wasn’t routine unmasking either - the only way to get that call was by presidential order. No unmaskings happened until the 5th of the next month. They had the call on Dec 29th per Andy Mccabes book. The president ordered it and it was done purposely. Anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot. They also made a ton of Unmaskings on the 14/15th of December on General Flynn. What happened on Dec 15th - Flynn article on his vehement opposition to the Iran deal.

So I have a couple questions:
1. Did the WH Counsel ALSO direct Comey to write his memo documenting that meeting? If so, where is HIS version?
2. Because WHY would they have HER do it, but NOT the other people also in the meeting? Why was HER version worth memorializing?
