They will "cleanse" the US electorate of undesirable and dissident voices. That much is certain. The debate within the Left is regarding the "How to do it", not whether they will do it.
What's certain is that they know that their Indoctrination and Propaganda works, so, that will continue at the current comprehensive and relentless levels that we see now.
There will be a new and intensive effort to focus the FBI and the Dept of Homeland Security inwardly towards the US electorate. They want to identify the dissident voices and find ways to neutralize these voices and these people. My guess is that we're going to see very intense surveillance of all domestic communication, especially thoughts and ideas that private citizens communicate on the internet. China could probably help the new US Leftist Regime with this, because China has had a robust domestic surveillance program in place for a long time. China would be more than happy to help the new US Regime with this "problem."
Here's a viable strategy for the Regime: Pass new anti-gun laws, identify the dissidents, target them, investigate them, find a gun law violation, then prosecute. Once a bunch of them get a taste of what the Police and Prosecutorial Power of the US Federal Govt can do, the rabble-rousers will shut up and go away, one way or another.
WRT viable strategies that don't involve criminal law - step up the "cancel culture". Find ways to make American Life in the late 21st century completely dependent on the internet, social media, etc. THEN once the dissident is identified, put the cancel culture in motion to threaten their ability to earn a living, their ability to access healthcare, and so on . . . generally make life unbearable for anyone who dissents from the Zeitgeist of the New Dawn.
This is how I see things shaping up from now until the end of the 21st Century.

Preparation - Perpetrators plan the genocide. They often use euphemisms such as the Nazis' phrase 'The Final Solution' to cloak their intentions. They create fear of the victim group, building up armies and weapons.
Persecution - Victims are identified because of their ethnicity or religion and death lists are drawn up. People are sometimes segregated into ghettos, deported or starved and property is often expropriated. Genocidal massacres begin.
Extermination - The hate group murders their identified victims in a deliberate and systematic campaign of violence. Millions of lives have been destroyed or changed beyond recognition through genocide.
Denial - The perpetrators or later generations deny the existence of any crime.
