“Schiff-Sondland exchange revealed necessary elements to show high crimes and misdemeanors (abuse of power and extortion) and bribery.”
Dems say the legal threshold for bribery has been met.

He literally straight up said he believed the release of funds was conditional on the public statement from Z.
He said that the meeting was originally the only thing dependent on the statement, but that he came to believe that the release of the funds would only happen after the statement was made by Z.
That doesn’t make this impeachment sham any less of a national embarrassment, but it’s so damn self defeating when we tell these bold faced lies. I watched the first 3 hours of the testimony and Sondman’s position was abundantly clear. Making up shite that blatantly contradicts reality just gives the dems more firepower to claim we’ve lost touch with reality. Stop loading that gun for them.
