I don't remember the board being the way you describe.

It's essential to the Left's agenda that they remind everyone just how bad it all was, so they can begin to frighten fringe groups as to just how bad it COULD be, all over again when Trump sends the gays to the reprogramming camps - led by Oberstgruppenfurher Pence.

Honestly, hatred for gays is barely a thing these days. Most everyone who doesn't live in a place without electricity just doesn't care these days.

This board has gone to shite, but the one positive thing I can say about its evolution is now no one gives a shite about someone being gay or not. Comparing the state of this board to this time in 2015, it's unquestionably changed for the better on that front. 3 reasons why:

1) Gay marriage was passed and people quickly realized it didn't affect them whatsoever.

2) The Orlando Massacre. Even the most homophobic of people saw that and thought that that could be my child, or friend, or even self that could be caught in that horrible situation. They looked at them as human beings and realized their sexuality didn't matter. It was simply horrifying someone could do this to a group of innocent people who were just trying to enjoy their evening.

3) Milo. He's right when he says he's probably done more for the perception of gays than anyone else in the middle of the country. Now no one gives a damn to have gay people associated with your party.

So yeah, they're blowing it out of proportion in regards to our present society.

Yeah, I saw the preview for that steaming pile of shite show just this morning on another station.

AND that ladies and gentlemen is why my television viewing consists pretty much of old westerns and old movies, crap that doesn't infect my brain with liberal nonsense. Life is so much better I may be lost in a conversation over the latest TV series everyone is glued to, but it's a very small price for my happiness.
