Let's say that Texas Tech was playing Texas for the National Championship game in Austin and Texas Tech won on a bogus call. You being a Texas Tech fan, would you walk in the middle of thousands of Texas fans wearing your Texas Tech gear screaming and yelling and throwing horns down in their faces at them while screaming how much they fricking suck? If you are brave enough to do it then great, but don't complain if you get your arse kicked.

I agree with her mostly but Trump isn't "America-First". He's MAGA. They were at one point though to be the same, but the parallel paths clearly bifurcated after he was sworn in for his second term.

I like most of what Trump has done that has actually been within him power to do (much to the chagrin of a 95% controlled opposition GOPe Congress), but on some things he has certainly dropped the ball.

These failing states in their current incarnations of upheaval and dysfunction, their voters put them there. They wanted this. And they're getting exactly what they wanted. California, Minnesota, New York, Virginia- i struggle with justifying a reason to intervene when they're only going to reeeeeeEEEeeesist even more violently. Should we even save them? Or should we encourage them to rise up and fricking save themselves.

For context, I've said this about some of the more predominant racial "subcultures" in the US for years. The cultural problems in, for example, the black community, cannot be addressed by some white idiots in suits behind desks. That resolution and change is going to have to come from strong black leaders in their own communities. Is dealing with these States that would kill their potential savior, really any different?
