Needs to be a rule if you film a crime without helping (and it's safe for you to help) then you get charged with aiding a crime.

I hate to be the bearer of news that clouds your argument, but there is most definitely a direct correlation between race and propensity towards violence, especially when you regionalize the empirical data.

That's not to take away from the validity that certainly exists within your statement, but there's a whole lot of "grey area" in there.

For example, black people make up roughly 13% of the American population. 6% of them are male. From the eff bee eye's own website statistics, black males are responsible for roughly 45% of violent crime in the US. Also from their statistics, 15% of all black males have been in some form of criminal detention for a violent crime. So we take that 6% number and we say that 15% of these men are proven, violent offenders. That narrows it down to basically 1% [of the American populace that consists of black males] being responsible for +/- 45% of all violent crimes in the United States of America.

Pretty shocking. Do I like it? No. Is it something that needs addressed? Yes. What is the answer? Beats the hell out of me. But it is what it is. The numbers just don't lie.

But yes, the kids in that video are definitely "bad people" there always seems to be context missing in these videos though, and perhaps the minutes leading up to the incident could explain the escalation. Inexcusable no matter what was the catalyst, but being that this happened in Baltimore, I'm doubtful that the little white boy was stupid enough to just walk past them shouting the N-word for the fun of it.

I've struggled with this. I had this situation happen to me when I was a smallish girl in middle school in Mississippi in the 90s... my little white self, an apartment complex and a whole group of black kids- only one of which I had a beef with, but they all jumped in. As an adult, it's not that I hate "them", but I am wary of groups... and have taught my children to avoid groups acting like that. It ain't my fault those groups are black.

It is pattern recognition... everyone knows it isn't all of them, but when stuff like this happens they are vastly over represented in the shenanigans and sheer cruelty involved.

Race shouldn't have anything to do with it, but it unfortunately DOES.
White kids aren't raised to be tribal, in fact, they are often overly raised to be fair and non judgmental. It is fact, absolute fact, that white kids and black kids behave differently in group dynamics, social interactions and most certainly fights. Some creatures are inherently more dangerous in packs, and black youth fits the bill on this. The ones that don't act like that don't tend to travel in packs anyway.

Looked to me that at least one tried to help for a moment towards the end of the video- kinda shielded the white kid so he could get his shoes back on. But only for a moment- it's a tribal thing, I guess.

Feral Animals. Don't care about their circumstances or upbringing. No baby daddy. Who cares. They know what they're doing. Need to just be put down. Chances of being productive citizens are slim to none.
