There is a job opening and interviews are lined up. 2 white males equal in every measurable way are competing for the job. Who wins the position?

A: impossible to answer. Flip a coin.

The same 2 white males interviewing for the job. Now there's a difference. 1 interviews with confidence and an attitude that he will win the competition, the other believes he is not at the same level as the 1st and is at a disadvantage. Who gets the job?

A: clearly the 1st

This is why racism is still peddled by the power brokers. As long as "minorities" (this word should be eradicated from language when speaking of ethnic origins) believe that they are victims of systemic racism, they will always be playing at a disadvantage. The problem is not in equal opportunities; the problem is in self worth.

Keep people ignorant, angry and poor and you keep them controlled. This is why Candace Owens, Kanye and others like them are so vilified by the left. They are aware of this strategy by the left to keep "minorities" weak, and they have taken up the cause to wake up everyone and see that this race peddling is exactly what is keeping them down.

It's much more simple than that. If 6 white people and 1 black person (along demographic lines) are interviewing for the same job then there's only a 14% chance that the black person gets the job, if the decision makers are unbiased.

It's demographics. Psychology need not be employed.

Since the only 2 possible outcomes are: (1) a white man gets the job or (2) a black man gets the job, there should be a 50% chance of the black man getting the job. The fact that the statistics show only a 14% chance of the black man getting the job is all the proof of systemic racism you need.

Don't pull your gray matter when trying these mental gymnastics. You are equating a scenario in which 1 black person and 1 white person are fighting for the same job to one in which 6 white people and 1 black person which equals 7 people, you dolt. That means the black person has a 1 in 7 chance to win. There should NEVER be a 50% chance for any ONE person given this scenario to win the job. If there is then bias is clearly at play.

1/7=14.3%

But, you know, maff...

If minority “set asides“ (quotas) are in effect.

Sadly, if there are two black people, as opposed to one, the corrupt one will probably be hired...even if the other black person is the best applicant of all eight when judged on merit.

at the end of job applications they ask

Are you black, brown, eskimo, asian, purple, or white or I don't wish to answer this.

do the whites and I don't wish to answers get thrown away?

Some people really do think employment is collectivist.

You know Hanlon's Razor? I present Goose's Razor: Never attribute to racism that which can be adequately explained by statistics.
