A question for any honest/dishonest PT Democratic Socialists who cares to opine.

The question is,
Do illegal immigrants and the presence of nearly 50 million non US individuals living in the US help the Democratic Socialists or the Republicans when elections are taken into consideration?
This isn't a whataboutism, it's an honest question to see how Democratic Socialists view mass immigration, whether it helps the Democratic Socialists achieve their political goals or hurts the cause.
Up vote if you think mass illegal immigration and having 50 million non US individuals in the US helps the Democratic Socialist party.
Down vote if you don't think it helps.
If you have some commentary that helps explain your position.....let'r rip.

I suppose it could be bad in the public's eyes that you want your nation invaded by mass illegal immigration. Although, right now I would say that isn't necessarily true because it doesn't really seem to be hurting the Democratic Socialists.
I also noticed of the 3 down voters not one wanted to explain their position.
