A question about white privilege

If whites overwhelmingly commit crimes against other whites then how is it white privilege for judges to release them to commit more crimes against whites?
Wouldn't that actually harm whites?

Liberal logic is that because of white privilege judges go easy on white criminals. I'm asking how it can be a privilege to whites to have criminals released into their community that will prey upon them?

You answered the question. It's the fact that you get out of serious jail time or punishment. It has the added effect of you POTENTIALLY being more dangerous. However, most people would rather learn from the experience of being convicted instead of being jailed.
I see what your trying to do. But it boils down to what benefits the individual perpetrator not the community. That's why it's called "criminal" justice not community justice.
