What information do you have that even remotely hints at these people abusing the system?
My point was that if the concern is with people using taxpayer dollars to live when they could be working for themselves and family and/or making better decisions without as much of a social safety net in the government, then the solution is not to kill people, but to reform our social programs, education, and judicial institutions.
