Trump just needs to come out and say NO. And tell them to stay in their lane. If SCOTUS wants to get involved, they better steer towards the Constitution and admit this is lawfare or I don't know what happens after that.

Parker has helped empower these judges even more than usual. The Dems win if everything gets tied up in slow court and appeal processes. He did it again today. Impeachment is not up to the Supremes. Parker had no business taking a stance on a constitutional legislative power and duty.
The Supreme Court should have original jurisdiction over presidential EOs, and they should be prepared to act quickly which goes against the slow legal process outside of Dem activism.
