A (D) POTUS will just pardon the Somali brother lover

She will get removed from the U.S.
Then a Dem POTUS will pardon her. She will return to MN. She will then re-run for Congress and win.

Throw her in prison, then deport her at the end of the presidency if it looks like a democrat is going to win. Then just hit her with a reaper drone in Somali. Next question.

• Under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution, the President's pardon power applies to "Offenses against the United States" rather than the citizenship status of the offender.
• Federal Crimes Only: The pardon power is restricted strictly to federal crimes (and military courts-martial or D.C. Superior Court federal prosecutions); BUT state-level crimes cannot be pardoned by the President, regardless of whether the person is a citizen or non-citizen.
• Immigration Impact: A presidential pardon removes the civil penalties and the conviction tied to that federal offense, which can prevent or revoke a deportation order if the removal is based solely on the pardoned federal crime.This is why it's important to make this a national security issue instead of ONLY a crime issue. A future Dem president can bring her back if it's strictly federal criminal charges. National security? That's problematic, but if the Executive Branch controls the State Department, they better have a damned good reason to drop opposition to her return.

Only if they don't get the denaturalization and deportation over and done while 47 is in office.
A presidential pardon won't change the outcome if they've already shipped her out.
And being deported puts a time limit on how long it takes before they can re-apply.
If their deportation involved crimes, that makes it extremely difficult to get back in (at least in paper). Which the pardon could have an effect on.

I know. It doesn't make sense.
There's a lot of things about these pardons that don't make sense. This time there's a precedence. I know a couple other presidents have done it. Clinton being the last one that I can think of.

It will be found that she isn't a legal citizen. So how will she go back to congress? Democrats if they come into power can pardon her and they can grant asylum. But, she isn't s citizen. And there is a process to become naturalized.
In case you haven't figured it out, Somalis work gig is fraud. The democrat politicians tacitly approve it. And it keeps them in power. I'd guess a lot of Somalis are being looked at now. How many non US citizens, "illegals" are living in Minnesota now and living off the pile of tax payer money.
And Minnesotans or at least the majority of them are fools.
