Could anyone explain me what "Two weeks to flatten the turd, or two weeks to flatten the bird?" means? I know the general meaning, but I'm not sure I get the metaphor of "turd" & "bird" correctly. English is not my mother tongue, thank you in advance.

During the early years of the AIDS epidemic (then called GRID -Gay Related Immune Deficiency), S.F. tried to close all the gay bath houses and there were city wide protests... Going to the bar isn't what's killing them. It's the massive orgies. No judgment from me, but one tweet I saw was a monkeypox dude admitting it was from "fricking at least 15 dudes and chugging a metric frick ton of human piss". I would advise any gay person out there to refrain from these activities for now, especially in NYC and other hotspots.
