It would have been great, if we could have just isolated some areas, and the rest of the country could have gone about their business.

I suspect a lot of older people have see much worse than covid-19, such as polio, and don't buy into the hysteria.

The point was, before we got off track, how much sh!t the college spring breakers took for going to the beach and not a peep about the oldies doing whatever the crap they want.

Agree, all should be free to do whatever they want.

Slightly different though, I’m sure the ones at Lowe’s are taking some precautions whereas the spring breakers didn’t give a F.

For some reason, this statement made me flash back to the ending of Braveheart.

Frrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddoooooooommmmmmmmmm.

Curious why this concept triggers you so.

"The Stand"

As we were watching Man In the High Castle over the weekend, I wondered why this book has not been brought to Netflix or Amazon Prime.

It was one of my favorite King novels. I still like his work despite the fact that he is a despicable human being.

I mentioned this when the stay at home bullshite started, average age was north of 70 when I went to out and about. I went to Walmart the other day, I would not be surprised by the average age being closer to 80 this time.

I was laughing and sad at the same time.

Hundreds of thousands of 70-year olds are healthier than you will ever be.

If someone has serious underlying health issues, and is in a managed care facility, that is a different story.

Locking away elders, and throwing away the key is a Chinese communist tactic (but Bill Gates would enthusiastically agree with that tactic)

The Globalist are making Americans hate each other and blame each other.

This conducted unified test is designed to make us hate and demonize a segment of society (older people) under the guise of helping older people.

It is very insidious. We have to destroy the economy while saving no good older people while the policy is encouraging the death of the elderly.

Blaming each other keeps us from seeing the real evil.

The policy makers and their willing minions do not want us to congregate and to discuss the true agenda.

Social distancing and mask are dehumanizing everyone and creating distrust and hatred for each other.

The Nazis blamed the Jews, dehumanized them, marked them, rounded them up and killed them.

This tactic is right out of the fascist playbook.

Divide and conquer. United we stand and divided we fall.

Don't hate the sick and elderly.

Redirect righteous indignation at the individuals and groups giving and carrying out these insidious orders.

Why, because those people had no children who could do their shopping for them or because if they did have children those children lived hours away from their parents and it wasn't feasible for them to help mom and dad when they needed help?

This whole thing has made me lose a lot or respect for the old generation and made me realize how selfish they are. Social distancing be damned. They're set in their ways and won't be told what to do no matter how muchv longer they make everyone else suffer. I literally have to bite my tongue every time I see one of the ignorant assholes.

When will the news start running stories about this like they did the barrage of Spring Breaker reports?

have basically ignored the hell out of whatever travel restrictions, park, trail, lake closures, etc since this bullshite started, but one thing I have tried to do is keep at least 6' of distance between myself and others.

I can say from multiple eyewitness accounts that it's mostly mobile phone junkies, the elderly, and minorities that give zero fricks about "social distancing" if you are in their way.
bingo.

I have been out and about for work and other chores.

Yesterday it was obvious that Alexandria has no clue about distancing. And old people everywhere. Saw an obese 70 year old in a scooter at Lowe’s. Was checking out and bought one of those 1.88 cent dishes that goes under a potted plant. That was his emergency need
