Try looking up what the law was in the 1970s.
I guarantee the law was updated in the past 20 years,let alone the past 40 years.
Moral arguments can be made regardless of this but any legal arguments are horseshite if you are applying current case law to a decades old incident when the acceptable age ranges were different,

Here's what I don't understand.....
Roy Moore is a horrific candidate. His public record should be enough for any rationale person to not vote for him. There is no need to go this route. It's unnecessary and will likely backfire like the Trump allegations did.

that's the problem i have with all of this. You could care less is Roy Moore is a POS who tried to pick up young girls was in his 30's. You care more about the melt then the harm this a-hole could do in congress.

There's a Distinguished Gentleman from New Jersey who stands indicted and on trial as we speak. I have yet to hear any calls from any of his colleagues for him to step down.
