Sounds like London needs some midnight basketball.
Also - I wonder what has changed in London over the past few years...Must think harder...

Four suspects were arrested Friday, and just as the month-long Pride celebration kicked off in London on Saturday, police arrested a fifth teenager in connection to the incident. All five are young men between 15 and 18 years old.

According to government data, hate crimes in England and Wales targeting victims' sexual orientation rose 27% in 2017-2018 to a total of 11,638 incidents. Hate crimes targeting transgender people rose 32%. Police estimate that those numbers are getting larger, at least in part, because of improved protocol for reporting these crimes to police — but they still likely don't reflect the reality of hate crimes against the LGBTQ community.
A 2017 study conducted by Stonewall, a U.K.-based advocacy organization, showed that 1 in every 5 LGBT individuals polled in Britain had experienced a hate crime or incident in the 12 months before the survey. Four out of every 5 of those victims, however, didn't report it to police. Many who did report said they weren't taken seriously.

Attacks on homosexuals is just part and parcel for living in modern day London.

But of course there was no description..... Daily Mail went on and on about the attack, links for any witnesses but never..........
not once...........
was a description of the perpetrators mentioned.
Makes you go hmmmm..... just like the good old USA news media. If they would have been rednecks then it would be top of the headlines.
Once you go Mohamed you stay Mohamed or get killed in a grizzly fashion.

Trump as far as I can see is not anti-gay just pushing most policy back to the states.

Because getting called a name isn't a hate crime. If every time a person got called a bad word someone went to jail, there would be more jails than McDonald's. Being called bad words isn't being oppressed. If name-calling is the most common way a "marginalized group" feels held down by society, then they are doing pretty well. Maybe move to Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Somalia, or any one of the many nations these morons deem to be filled with vibrant, important cultures and see if their bad day ends with just a few words.

Every time a gay experiences trouble it is a "hate crime." Gay gets beat up for running his mouth? Hate crime. Gay gets randomly robbed? Hate crime. Gay gets killed for his drugs and money? Hate crime.
Just like 1 in 5 college girls get sexually assaulted. All lies.

I'll believe it's muzzies when I see it. It probably is, but a big publicized attack on lesbians during pride month is fishy as shite.
If it turns out to be white dudes, I'll expect a month long pity party. If muzzies, likely nothing.

From the Melanie chick's Facebook:
"Thanks to the BBC for being so supportive and writing an accurate story. The assailants' identity should not matter more than facts, which speak for themselves. I believe that focusing on the perpetrators doesn't help when it comes to recognise how violence has become part of our daily life and the way we relate to each other. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to speak up. We will not tolerate an act like this one in the future. Thanks for all the support everybody is so kindly giving us."
So this means they don't fit the mold of right wing or whatever they want to single out conservatives. In other words, it's Muslims or at least non-westerners.
