Still waiting on how the NRCC expects to bring those who voted for President Trump in November back into the fold besides "we're better than Democrats". At this point, most of us believe that the establishment just likes to be in the minority.

The NRCC does and that's the problem. They want that "27" number to be flipped around.
The fact that their explicit goal is to "make Kevin McCarthy Speaker" tells me that we should do the exact opposite of what they want.

the GOP is finally back in the position they love..
In control of nothing, begging you to vote for them and give them campaign money to try and "save america from the democrats!"
It must have been horrible for guys like McConnell to have been dragged by Trump into a situation where voters expected him to actually do something

Road before the cart. NRCC and the establishment need to be neutered, violently and in humiliating fashion if possible, before non-establishment candidates can get backing.

I cynically want the Left to have a veto-proof majority in both houses so that the following happens:
-Their voters feel the pain of what they have wrought
-The media can no longer cover for them when there is no opposition
-Voters of both parties burn them to the ground and start over with a 3rd and even a 4th party
Anything else is just a bandaid on a sucking chest wound.

Not really. The Feds made it very clear they won't allow the 2020 Census results to be released until late-2022...clearly because they know it's bad for the left.
