A city of nothing but hookah bars and convenience stores that sell knock off Louis Vution purses and Rolex watches.

I guess there are now 3 things that come from Texas.

Correct. The Islamic faith is absolutely not compatible with the founding ideas of this nation.
Its getting close to the point that they should be rounded up and sent away.
I think we are already there.
Look, we can tiptoe around what we have to do, but we all know what we have to do.
Hispanics are our brothers Muslims are not.

I like Muslims just fine. Was related to several in a past life. It is radical extremists I do not like.

But it seems like we're the only group that actually understands the Constitution.
For me, it has nothing to do with the Constitution any longer.
As a former Democrat voter, I sit in awe at the hatred progressives have for Christians. I get it, we all had Christian beliefs forced on us at one point in out lives and it is a huge turn off. During the course of my life I have watched Christians embrace many social issues that are against their core beliefs. Other religions are not doing this.
I watch Progressives shite all over Christians daily, even down to propagating this whole "handmaid's tale" bullshite, when it is clear that is not the group forcing this. I watched progressives cheer "bake that cake", but when a Muslim bakery said no, they cheered that double standard.
That is what I am pointing out here.

Both can be true, but ultimately if we can't take back what we built then the whining is for nothing, I agree.
But it doesn't change the reality - that these people should be viewed as visitors unless they're willing to conform to our culture.

They're still around. I think there split into two different groups, but they are still active. Not sure if they have a "compound" any longer.

Even if they are born here and are US citizens, i.e., just like you were / are?
Do you believe that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and can be amended if a sufficient number of people feel that it is necessary?

We don't block people from practicing religion in this country. Even the backward 7th century religions.

I believe the constitution is for a people like us and by a people like us and that it’s value declines precipitously as we allow our country to be flooded with people who share little common interests with us, our culture and the founding concepts of the country.
Posted on 4/2/25 at 11:17 am to Pettifogger
Less than 1.5 percent of the US population is Muslim. We're hardly being flooded with them. This isn't London.

LOL you need to check out the thread yesterday talking about all of the mayors in england being muslim, and how it only took about 4M Muslims to do it.

Yes yes well you're understanding of perception of the world is probably strictly through first world and textbook views. Let a few homies run at you yelling Allahu Akbar and you'll quickly understand.

Nor those from the 1st and 19th centuries, either.

And by "us", do you mean the people who were here before 1492, the Puritans, the English settlers, the German settlers, the Spanish settlers, the Dutch settlers, the Quakers, the descendants of African slaves, the descendants of Chinese railroad workers, immigrants from Europe who came here after WWI, the Cubans who fled Castro, people of Japanese, Hawaiian or Filipino ancestry, etc., etc.?
Can you narrow it down a little so we all understand what your definition of "us" is?

I'm sure the constitution will protect you when the US gooberment eventually collapses and all these foreigners are around looking to take your shite.

I'm not really hyperventilating about Muslims in the US, I'm just reacting generally to the idea of liberalism and constitutionalism meaning we're required to accept anyone and everyone who can get here and plant roots as "as American as the rest of us." They're not.
