Haha perfect, just wish everyone understood this. It’s funny when the mafia does it, it’s wrong, but the government.... well that’s just how it works and if you don’t like it your unamerican.

I will believe that they want to lower the limit when I see it. It's pure speculation until they release it.

Yeah, I don't understand this one. At all. Not from a republican, anyways.

Reps aren't conservative so don't get confused

Slashing the cap on 401k contributions is an EXTREMELY leftist/progressive proposal. Democrats wouldn't even dream of it.

Republicans must be desperate to limit the damage this proposal will do the deficit and confident that the white middle class will either be too stupid to digest the details of the proposal and/or too lazy to care so long as Trump tweets enough non-sense in all caps.

No caps on 401k. Caps on local/state tax deductions. Still haven't released the tax bracket salary ranges.

Looks like I will pay the same under this plan. Lots of cuts and increases in standard deductions though. What will they offset this with in order to not increase the debt? Can't be corporate taxes since they are lowering that rate to 20% from 35%, unless they are constricting a lot of loopholes and forcing companies to bring offshore monies back (hugely unlikely).

How will this new plan not increase the debt?
