ICE determines in what appears to be a border State. (Texas) 5 were removed from the plane. The female judge IMO wrongly claimed the others were not able to appeal.
IN NEWS ONLY I READ: Some with the gang tats were trying to lie and said they had the tats to be safe and were not horrid gang members...

The ACLU lawyer at least has a brain. IMO that female Judge was a mess.

What a mess. I believe the judge is changing the original ruling by the first Judge to state that it's all about whether they are a part of the gang or not right?
I believe this has to go before the U.S. supreme court.

It all sounds like it's over my head but the ACLU lawyer is not advocating for the gang members to come back correct?

If I'm not mistaken, didn't Millet bring up the fact that these gang members were denied Habeas Corpus, but that they didn't ask for a review? Who's fault is that? These assholes were certainly schooled on how to play the system by NGA's
