Apparently a bigly overall border security number helps the Bollard fencing medicine go down... Funding for border patrols, port of entry facility upgrades, detection systems in places no fence or wall will be built is what the funding entails.

Did you ever stop to think he's doing this to get Dems to bail on the deal so he can blame the next shutdown on them?
