My problem from the begining is/was, him not being a supporter of Trump yet, here we are, JD is the VP.

1. Polls this far out basically mean nothing. Trump hadn't even decided to run this far before the 2016 election. Nobody had ever heard of Barack Obama this far ahead of the 2008 election.
2. Even if it holds firm, I agree that Harris front running is a good thing. However, anybody who thinks it guarantees a victory for the Republican candidate is a fool.
The 2024 election was a referendum on the Biden presidency, not a rejection of Harris. I get it. She's the dumbest, least serious, least qualified, most ninny, drunkest, silliest candidate to ever run for the office. I get that it's tempting to think that's why she lost. But it's not. People don't care about that kind of thing anymore. We live in a TikTok society now.
The 2028 election will almost certainly follow public opinion's take on the last year, year and a half, of Trump's presidency. Just like the 2024 election followed the last year, year and a half of Biden's (not to mention him being booted from the ticket for being incompetent).

For the Dems, it's gonna be AOC/Ossoff, I think Rubio/Desantis for the GOP, just not sure which order.
GOP is gonna take a beating this year. They will lose both, the House and the Senate. The conservative party has never been this split in a long time.

I dont think JD Vance favorability, or not- shows because of Tucker have registered yet. It will be interesting to see if they tank as Tucker Carlsons' name is showing up on some polls.
Overall JDV was soaring and is no longer little by little. Some Rubio diehards seem to be taking advantage of the Carlson Vance BFFs thing.

What's even funnier? The other assorted weirdo's aren't any better. Some fools are suddenly trying to push Ossoff, but he's a lightweight, too. The fact that his "coming out" party was only notable because he went in the gutter and mentioned that Natalie Harp insanity shows that he doesn’t possess any real substance, either.
Besides, he's Jewish. Bill Maher, another political lightweight, might love the guy (Bill loves all things Jewish), but the Democrat Party as a whole would probably rather vote for the leader of Hamas than a Jew.

Agreed. Newsom was pushed, he is finito- Pelosi is pissed. Then they pushed Butigieg. Failed. AOC was shown using Obama talking points, joining MTG saying data centers are bad. Failed. Fettermann, Shapiro, Beshear, big no as they are moderate. (They no longer tolerate even fake moderates, unless it is to take VA)

Since 1972 the primary polling frontrunner two years out has lost the nomination over 60% of the time.
Everyone is just guessing this far out and the polls are only based on name recognition.
These polls have no way of accounting for an emerging unexpected candidate (like Obama) that has yet to declare.
Hillary Clinton is one of the lone exceptions to the rule, but she lost to an unexpected emergent candidate once (in 2007/2008) and the DNC had to put their thumb on the scales in 2015/2016 to make sure that Clinton didn't lose (again).
Might as well cut up some names and drop them in a hat and pull them out at random this early.
