That law won't work. It's a misunderstanding of our birthright citizenship rulings since the late 1800s. It's not serious.

I can't disagree more. Immigrants from nearly every country on earth, not just Europe, have contributed positively toward modern American society. Stephen Miller is close-minded, narrow-hearted, and a xenophobe. And I would bet that everyone who posts on the poliboard is descended from someone who was a foreigner; a stranger to this vast and magnificent country.
