I don’t see it. Not that I have to. But I don’t. So none of that resonates even a tiny fraction. And you know I’d weigh it somewhat appropriately if I did see it.

It is VERY apparent that you have not read the 103 page document that the state of Minnesota uses to communicate and manage the childcare application, requirements, and reporting. It's got more loop holes than a knitted blanket. I taught full compliance to a 2000 pax petrochemical site and the worst policies/procedures were the wordy ones, just like the American legal system.
