I think he did it to the wrong endzone. He did it to the visitors section.

The gesture was funny and made me respect him. Then his dad gets on the radio and bitchs about LSU meanies and threatens to call the FBI, all respect gone.

Did you notice the announcer Gary Danielson said when Tebow did the gesture (not only speaking on a pretend phone but writing on a piece of paper), he was referring to LSU as 'Paper Tigers'?

Tebow's cell phone number was leaked out and LSU fans called and left voicemails on his phone. When Florida scored, I forget which TD, he gestured to the student section to "call him."

Thanks. I live in Kansas City and don't always get this kind of information. Now it makes sense; however, that make me wonder why somebody would "respect" him after he did this. Additionally, should this not have drawn a 15 yard unsportmanlike penalty?

Squeeze and Chicago....I guess you found the humor, though, in the F..k you Tebow cheers....loved my visit to your place except for the outcome but the student section didn't really help the LSU image with that on national TV. Too bad because it really is a great environment to watch a game.

I haven't read the national media today, but as of yesterday NO ONE had mentioned anything about Tebow's number being out there.
When I did a search on "tebow cell phone" all that came up was 3 stories about the tow truck company being threatened.

Ditto. Is taunting just allowed now? I've seen flags thrown for much less. For instance, I've seen flags thrown for QB's getting hit above the waist when they are well inbounds.
