Once you throw time travel into the equation, it all becomes a real headache trying to keep up with how it all fits together.

Damn right. It took me longer than it should have to attempt to word all that correctly, and I think I still fricked it up.

i agree and like your theory.
oh and right after I question whether the show would feature Lisa Snark they cast her.

She's hot...but is she step sister hot?

Now I know I'm getting old. I remember when she played Lois Lane's little sister on Smallville.

Oh wow I knew I recognized her from something.

man, i just finally watched the last episode and come on here to see what people say and it's all this time travel, extra "flashes" people.
here i was just thinking that Wells created the RF suit(not that there was a person inside it) and it's all part of some sinister scheme to drive Barry to him. All these time travel theories do make at least some kind of sense, as it would explain why Wells was so obsessed with the flash being in the future. Some version of the flash must have had something to do with the murder of Nora Allen, curious to see what that all was since there were clearly 2 "speedsters" that night

I'm starting to wonder if Wells isn't someone else in the DC universe. Someone with much more of a long game than RF or anybody like that. I saw someone suggest he could be a guy named Metron. After reading up on that character it definitely seems like an interesting theory. Metron even poses as a man confined to a wheel chair at one point.

In keeping with Arrow's trend of employing every actor from Spartacus, Liam McIntyre (Spartacus #2) has been cast to appear as Weather Wizard.
quote:
"Mark Mardon, brother to Clyde Mardon, returns to Central City to get justice for his brother's untimely death. Mark uses his powers, similar to Clyde's ability to control the weather, to go on a rampage to find the man that shot Clyde...Joe West

alright do they just use the same casting company or what for these shows? not that i have an issue, as they have all been great, but this is getting comical. there has to be an obvious connection somewhere for these shows.

I just can't see Liam as a bad guy. The man was a commanding General that fought for the less fortunate and all slaves against the Roman Empire as Spartacus. It's gonna be hard to adjust to it as I was emotionally connected to Spartacus very deeply.

This is getting comical but I love it
Please just hire John Hannah as anyone

David Rapaport is the casting director of Flash/Arrow and pretty much every other CW show but he doesn't have any ties to Spartacus.

It's official:
Harrison Welles is Reverse Flash
quote:
It surprised many in the closing minutes of the mid-season finale for “The Flash” when the shadiest of shady men Harrison Wells was revealed as Barry’s nemesis, The Reverse Flash. Some weren’t convinced it was that cut and dry; however, during their “Heroes and Villains” panel at TCA today (via EW), star Tom Cavanagh left little doubt that he’s the big bad by saying: “He’s the man in the yellow suit. Yes, I am Reverse Flash.”
We will also get to see Nora Allen's death from the RF point of view:
quote:
“We’re going to see what happened that night from the Reverse Flash’s point of view. I didn’t say it was from Wells’ point of view, I said it was from the Reverse Flash’s point of view.”
and No there aren't multiple Reverse Flashes:
quote:
“There is just one Reverse Flash,” he said. “When we get into that moment and really start parsing through details of what that moment is, it’s going to be very gratifying to the audience. It’s got deeper levels. There’s so much more to it.”

SPOILERS
So if there is only one RF that must mean the one we saw in ep 9 is Harrison from a different point in time. Cool.
