Since my OUTR call got buried in the other thread (as most good calls do), I'm making this thread for everyone to post their short squeeze stock picks.

OUTR is my only trade right now, but I have always enjoyed beating the bears, so please talk your book here.

I followed you on OUTR, but I got out a couple of bucks ago for a decent gain.

What do you think about RAX?

I don't try to catch falling knives. Wait until you see some stabilization.

ETA: short interest of 9.3 days is pretty attractive, but it's only 13% of float.

That's all I've got. Will be monitoring this thread closely though.

Where do you find stuff like this?

I would love for someone to track % of success on these calls.

S&P futures. I'm averaged in at roughly 1,925 (based on cash index).

Plan from here:
Will do final add on break out back above 1,945. Will move stop up continually above 1,960 and plan to exit somewhere between 2,030 and 2,100 (just the plan for now, who knows where we actually go).

ETA: Stops roughly 1,915 cash.

I straddle PBR with OFRA to combine a short side differential play where my upside capitulation is 18.3% and downside capitulation is 1.2%. If I can do that consistently throughout the year I can circumvent the short sale rule and bypass my lipper index curve.

Shortsqueeze.com is a good one, if you don't have a bloomberg.

Not really a whole lot of shorts out there this week in Treasuries. In June you could reverse-repo out 10's up to -3%, and the past couple weeks 5's, 3's, and 2's have had spots of trading really special as well. Now the best is really some old 5's giving you ~30-40bs, then reinvesting at 7-8bps GC repo you've got ~45bps trade. Not bad considering the risk involved but definitely not the return you can get from reverse-repoing some corporate bonds or playing short interest in equities.

When I got into tsla something like 40% of the shares were shorted and there was a short squeeze from 150 to around 180.

You are the only person to "sorta" call me out for just throwing a bunch of words together and calling it a "strategy". Yay

I was just ignoring it.

The old "don't feed the troll" technique. This board is pretty good at it.
