it's because Louisiana as a whole is down this year...as LA goes, so goes LSU's class. I'm not gonna sit here and say "fear the motherfricking hat" bc I'm not that dumb and corny, but I think the class will be pretty good once a few OOS kids come into the fold (deandre brown, templeton hardy [perhaps], daniel campbell, and hopefully ej manuel).

What about the guys from St. Paul from Mobile? You think LSU will maintain a presence in Mobile like they have had? Also, i really do hope we get Deandre Brown. Don't want him going to OM or anywhere else.

antone smith is a completely different situation. I don't see how FSU lets him go. It's not like this guy is taking his visits and then commiting, no he's commiting in less than a month. Doesn't look good for LSU even though they're in his top 3.

i'm just spouting off recent perceived locks that were supposed to happen that didn't.
it's a no brainer that fsu holds the lead for manuel, though. that's why i put hopefully up there.

I'd give LSU a better shot if I saw something that would give them a good shot, but this is how I look at it:
1. said he wants to play in florida
2. grew up a UM fan, but didn't enjoy his unofficials
3. really good relationship with trickett, fisher
4. " " " " " " Vince Williams, Nigel Bradham whom talk to him daily.
5. FSU's depth chart at FSU basically puts him as the starter his sophomore year.

I'll tell you this. Any recruit is going to be blown away with this home schedule we have this year. Almost all of our home games are awesome games. Should be a good year for Official visits this year. I would put our home schedule against any "sucka" in the nations.

You're the one who is lying to yourself. I'm not believing ANYTHING a HS kid says. Until he signs and steps on campus. I'm not your normal joe who thinks every recruit is going to his school. Egg said the kid would hopefully sign with us. You came back with "not going to happen." How do you know? 100 percent sure? Yeah, sure if you ask me, i think he signs with FSU b/c of Fisher. As long as Fisher doesn't come into LA and get talent, i'm not too worried. Guy is a helluva recruiter. But i'm not gonna put it past the kid to change his mind.

repeat, he's commiting before his official visits. Also, he's talking with Deion Walker about both playing at FSU.
