The United States Anti-Doping Agency said Wednesday that Lance Armstrong was at the center of the most sophisticated and professional doping program in recent sports history and that it would soon release details of its findings.

quote:

The agency said its dossier on Armstrong, the seven-time Tour de France winner and cancer survivor who denies ever doping, will include sworn testimony from 26 people, including nearly a dozen former teammates on the United States Postal Service team. Those Postal Service teammates have admitted their own doping and say that Armstrong doped, encouraged doping and administered doping products on the team, the agency said on Wednesday.

Shocked by a cyclist doping? Bitch please.

It would be shocking if any cyclist was found to be clean.

Captain Renault: "I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!" (Casablanca)

I hope they take Tygart's job away...what a colossal waste of time and money.

Who really cares except Francophiles in the US.

One of our greatest athletes? Pssh. Congrats Lance, you rode your Huffy faster than anyone else, doesn't make you a great athlete.

Armstrong is also a colossal dickbag. I mean, who leaves their wife that stood by their side throughout a cancer struggle just because a talentless piece of dried up beef jerkey comes beckoning for you?

IF

Again, IF he is guilty of doping then clearly he was part of the most complex scheme ever. He has been tested and tested and tested. They can't get their hands on the guy.

He is as good at doping as he was at cycling, which is saying a lot

Hincapie just released a statement admitting to doping during his career.

I would link it, but I think his website is crashing due to traffic.

eta: Did George ever test positive during his time on the US Postal team?

Have you ever watched one of these races? I don't care for cycling, but these guys are incredible athletes.

I suppose you don't find Michael Phelps to be a great athlete? Do you know what athletics are? This is a stupid argument to have.

So by your terrible logic Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps aren't athletes because they are just good at swimming and running.
