In all honesty, she could have been born with both and like Jamie Lee Curtis her parents decided to make her a woman. Doesn't mean she still doesn't have the male chromosomes and hormones.

This isn't as easy of a call as it seems.

Physically she may pass the test. In other words, she may not be a hermaphrodite. However, her phenotypes (chromosomes) may tell a different story.

The question is... where do you draw the line? Do you start testing everyone at the chromosome level?
