OK. You guys suggested I just build one myself. But I don't know if I have all the parts I need here.
I decided perhaps to start with the stag stripped lower.
Finish it out with the daniel defense lower parts kit.
Combine that with the bushmaster upper receiver barrel assembly and the magpul ctr carbine stock.
With links to parts, not wear I was going to buy, but examples...

Aside for a scope, am I pretty well done with that? Just assemble the lower, connect with the upper, put the stock on, and I am good to go, is that correct?
What tools would I need to complete this?

Assemble the lower entirely first (with buttstock), but yeah, you're done.
I'd get some back-up sights... only read the upper page briefly; didn't spot anything.
Edit: Tools = punch set, small hammer (possibly rubber to not scratch blueing), a screw driver and something to hold it while you do the assembly.

Yeah, when I first did it, I found endless YouTube videos of builds. Just do a quick search and you're good to go.

Magazines.
And a bunch of them. I have 6 30 round Magpul that I really like I just need a few dozen more.

How accurate is that 20inch? I have to tell you, that is not that expensive. The combo I was looking at was much more expensive.
Its get a 1x9 barrel which is nice. The bushie is 1x8 I think which is a bit better, but still. Very nice looking product.

Not sure, but they are regarded as a midgrade build with good quality. You might be able to dig around and get more info here...

I'm sure I will catch some flack from the tight asses on here but if you want to do it right buy a Colt and then go from there to customize and you like. You will always be able to get your money back out of a Colt and if you hold it long enough you will make money.

Wasn't speaking to you buddy. It was just preemptive. I'm sure someone is going to chime in with they are overpriced just buy a bushmaster. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

You can get your money out of pretty much anything you build AR wise.

Look on Youtube for Stripped lower assembly and you can follow along with them as they do it. Just did mine a month or so ago and it was not that difficult. But I did have a buddy helping also who has done one before. Got it sighted in this weekend with my new scope so I am good to go.

I am interested in building an AR-15. I am going to have to buy the pieces here and there when I get extra money, etc.
Which is the essential 1st part to buy? Is it the lower assembly?
