Looking at that, I'd call the possibility of 6 months imprisonment an unreasonable risk for CCing w/o permit...although I certainly understand the sentiment of those who feel they shouldn't require permission.

I would rather have all my bases covered. Your name being "on a list" thing is stupid if you ask me. My name is on lists for buying guns at the FEDERAL level. When talking about a CCL holder it's at the STATE level.
